ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Carry out   Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Day to Day maintenance (DDM) in all   office and residential buildings as required. Working to agreed schedules and   timescales and compliant with FCO regulations, and Health & Safety   standards. Repairing of water dispensers   and Installation, inspection and maintenance of Career chillers, Heating, Air conditioning   and Refrigeration equipments.
  • Mentoring the Handy   Man/ A/C Mechanics to develop their artisan skills and improve their   knowledge of FCO rules and H&S procedures.
  • Carry out any other maintenance or   administrative tasks required in support of the maintenance or projects   teams.

We are the Technical Works Group, providing facilities management   covering all domestic and commercial services to the British High Commission.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

 

The Air conditioning Mechanic is expected to carry out all his duties   and responsibilities in a timely and safe manner and may be asked to work   after hours and weekends if the need arises.


  • 3 years experience in Air conditioning maintenance and repairs on split domestic units and industrial
    Air conditioning units.
  • Hold a relevant qualification from a recognised institute.
