Main Purpose of the Job

To assist the Corporate Services Team in their day to day tasks and manage the filing record of the organisation.

Roles and responsibilities / what will the jobholder be expected to achieve?:

  • Attending to the incoming and outgoing calls. This role include the active screening of calls prior to passing them to concerned officers
  • Support to all staff on telephone enquiries, directory assistance and other related issues. Update staff arrivals/departures on telephone directory.
  • Despatching faxes. This role also includes checking that faxes are completed before passing on to officers (if incomplete, a request should be made for re-transmission).
  • Checking the name and address on all mail received, keeping record in register and putting it to concerned officer’s dip.
  • Maintenance of stationary store, purchasing of stationery and other office supplies
  • Maintaining complete electronic and paper records of the section
  • Keep a track of utility bills and other monthly bills.
  • Maintain a record of mobile sets / sims issued to staff, office machinery
  • Maintain proper record of all staff personal files and HR letters. Reminders on contract renewal, probation completion, retirement and any other record.
  • Draft and send correspondence (letters/emails) and log RSVPs as & when required.
  • Regularly update induction pack for new staff on TEAM site
  • Update BDHC telephone directory and circulate on timely manner with Islamabad Control Room.
  • Assist in conducting RSVP’s for events.
  • Manage record of transactions through GPC with appropriate approvals for audit purposes.
  • Assist in CS related procurement
  • Provide assistance to Corporate Services Manager in managing day to day work

Salary Details:

For BHC candidates, the Country Based Staff BHC Terms & Conditions will apply. For other than BHC candidates the basic salary will be ­­PKR 63,684 per month.
