The UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) is setting up a new team to support our diplomatic posts across the Indo-Pacific region with their bilateral project and programme management. The role will be important in embedding high quality programme management throughout our operational business. The Post Support Team leader, the programme manager’s line manager, will also be based in the British Embassy in Jakarta. The team will need to work closely with FCDO headquarters in London to provide accurate advice that is in line with the organisation’s processes and standards. You will contribute towards efficient and effective management of the programmes including, but not limited to, delivery of outputs and achievement of the outcomes; designing & adapting programmes to changing contexts; compliance with the FCDO procedures on Programme Management including Programme Operating Framework (PrOF) rules and upholding the accompanying principles; and risk management.
