View Vacancy - Guard Supervisor, British Embassy Oslo (NOR24.340)
The British Embassy in Oslo is part of the United Kingdom's world-wide diplomatic network, and represents British political, economic and consular interests in Norway. The Embassy is looking for a Guard Supervisor to complement the Security Team. The main purpose of the job is ensuring the physical security of the Embassy (including that of its staff, visitors and assets), supervision of Security Guard Team and backup IT Security Officer.

This is a full-time permanent position, five working days (currently 35 hours net) per week. Working patterns: this position will cover only Monday – Friday, between 08:00 – 17:30 with possible shift to support and extra events.
Ability to work extra hours for events when required.
The successful candidate will be subject to professional background check and security clearance and the successful completion of a probationary period.
Employees recruited locally by the British Embassy Oslo are subject to terms and conditions of service in accordance with Norwegian employment law.
