Main purpose of job:

The British Embassy Antananarivo is looking for a Groundskeeper.

Roles and responsibilities 

  • Year round maintenance and improvement of the Residence garden;
  • Weekly tree inspection to ensure the trees in the garden are healthy and safe;
  • Clearing and gritting;
  • Assisting with other tasks when necessary such as driving (desirable).

  • 4 years of experience in gardening and interest in gardening;
  • Self-going, takes initiative;
  • Able successfully to undergo a rigorous background check;
  • Able to communicate in French 

 

  • Able to communicate in English
  • Valid driving licence
