View Vacancy - Corporate Services Internship
Provide general customer support.
Assist in the preparation of reports (Excel/Word).
General supervision of the work orders, making sure they are completed.
Liaise with internal customers handling their requests/queries.
Liaise and coordinate with general services contractors.
Liaise and coordinate with handyman to oversee any maintenance/repair scheduled or to schedule.
Supervise the cleaner effectively ensuring that the cleanliness of the Embassy is maintained to a good standard.
Monthly purchase of cleaning and office supplies.
Maintain general contact lists.
Keep general inventory records.
Update documentation records.
Provide general administrative assistance.
Experience in customer service, exercise teamwork, carrying out administrative tasks, computer literate in Microsoft environment, equally effective working independently and in cooperation with others, flexible, good initiative, courteous, customer focus, reliable, responsible, proof organization skills with the ability to multi-task.
Working hours per week: 37 hrs. Monday thru Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
