The jobholder will be responsible for supporting on Account, Cash Management and Visa support.

Roles and responsibilities / what will the jobholder be expected to achieve?:

-           Ensure the cash handling at post and replenished monthly or periodically.

-           Maintaining the NPA spreadsheet and enter all transactions to the spreadsheet.

-           Process the receipts of visa fees and deposit to the bank.

-           Visiting bank for opening account for new staffs

-           To prepare and send documents for multiple entry visa  of UK based staff and LE foreigners as needed

-           To register & file the original hard & soft copies of their cases

-           To submit the multiple entry visa registration for monthly KPI in every first week of the following month.

-           To prepare documents for applying Diplomatic ID cards and driving license of UK Based officers and their families after getting their multiple entry visas


•           Bachelor degree

•           Fluency in English and Burmese, both oral and written, with good communication skills

•           A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

•            Able to build and maintain good relationship with government departments      

•           Good organisational and time management skills with an ability to work on own initiative

•           Flexible, resilient under pressure and decisive with a proven track record of delivering results to a high standard within tight deadlines

  • Previous experience  of similar role in an Embassy, UN or INGO
