View Vacancy - Compliance officer
The main purpose of the role is to support effective compliance of all processes used to deliver the FCDO Zimbabwe country plan. This includes ensuring compliance related to program and policy delivery at all stages of program delivery i.e. compliance with regards to Programme Management Framework rules and guidance for the development and managment of programs and policy including rules related to program design and approvals, program implementation (e.g. financial and fraud management, risk management, procurement managment, ), and program closure processes. The job holder will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on corporate compliance including ensuring staff complete mandatory training, we adhere to health and safety guidance and that corporate procuremnt processes follow guidance). The job holder will work with the team leader to develop, refine and implement systems and processes to support staff to ensure compliance and to monitor and report on levels of compliance against a wide set of indicators. The job holder is also responsible for ensuring the office is compliant with regards to information storage. Specifically they will have responsibility for ensuring all sensitive information is stored in accordance with the UK’s General Data Protection Regulations.
