View Vacancy - Corporate Services Assistant
Corporate Services are responsible for the day to day running of the offices in Miami and Orlando. Services provided include; property management, health and safety, furnishings, security, finance, human resources, learning and development, staff welfare, telecommunications and some information technology.
The Corporate Services Assistant directly supports the Corporate Services Manager and Officer
Roles and responsibilities:
- Customer and visitor enquires
- Freight and postage
- Administrative tasks such as; recording minutes, updating directories, lists,organogram and inventories etc
- Management of office supplies and organization.
- Office and residential maintenance requests
- Finance reconcilations
- First level IT support
- Management of property maintenance database
- Emergency supplies and crisis logistic kit management including Satellite phone testing
- Requisitioning and receiving purchase orders
- Support Post Security Officer
- Team projects as needed.
- High school diploma or equvilent.
- Previous administrative experience desirable but not essential
- Superior organizational skills.
- Willingness to get involved in new and varied tasks as work commitments dictate.
- Happy to work as a team resource within a busy office environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.The ability to be professional, courteous and interact with key contacts at a senior level.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
