Corporate Services Support

Main purpose of job:

  • Support 1 HMG Office Management at Post
  • Contact person for all HR related matters
  • Back up to the Corporate Services Manager

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Manage the Office requirement from Office space allocation , budget, procurement and Line Manage staff (Receptionist/Protocal Officer and the Transport Team). Work on budget requirement for the Office Management team, forecasting and procurement.
  • Back up to the CSM on all Corporate Service duties when the CSM is not available as well as advise the CSM on general Corporate Services issues.
  • Manage all HR activities including but not limited to Learning and Development, custodian of the LE HR files and supporting staff on hr related requirements. 
  • Liase with the Building facility company/Facility Manager to ensure all office maintenance activities are managed and communication is on a timely manner.

  • A Degree/Diploma in Business Administration
  • Organisational skills
  • Fluent in English and Kiswahili
  • At least 2 years experience in office administration
