Main purpose of job: 

To ensure all properties and offices are prepared up to UK standard and that staff are accommodated in an efficient manner.

Roles and responsibilities: 

Carry out residential properties inspections before staff departs and when new staff arrives, to ensure properties and furniture are in good condition, check/update inventories and ensure properties are clean and ready for occupation. 

Assessing properties and identifying repairs or replacements required for both hard and soft furnishings and taking forward required works with suppliers and contractors. 

To update all the inventories and staff information on the Pyramid. 

Oversight of the running of the House Hotels – ensuring staff are aware of their responsibilities. Taking and record bookings for hotel rooms and issuing keys. 

Planning and arranging furnishings upgrades and submitting estimates to Head of Accommodation & Furnishings for inclusion in budget bids. Raising requisitions on Prism and receipting goods/services for furnishing purchase. 

To manage office machinery stock, procurement and smooth running of office business.

Line management and tasking of 4xS House Hotel staff.

Salary Details: 

For BHC candidates, the Local BHC Terms & Conditions will apply. 

For other than BHC candidates, Basic Salary will be ­­­­­­PKR 83,232 per month.
