Main Purpose Of Job
The Office and Project Administrator will support the CSSF Justice, Security and Governance Programme Manager and Project Coordinators by performing administrative tasks in support of project delivery. Assigned tasks must be completed in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Support the Programme Manager in the delivery of the annual Project plan by providing administrative support such as filing, data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Provide administrative support to the Programme Manager’s annual budget of £450,000/US$675,000.
- Maintain the capital cost expenditure spreadsheet and ensure the team are kept up to date to be in accordance with UK Government tendering policy and procurement guidelines.
- Arrange all travel and logistics for participants at conferences, seminars and workshops.
- Add project evaluation data into a spreadsheet and create reports based current protocols.
- General office administrative tasks as assigned.
- Associates Degree or High School graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience of working in a professional support role.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
- Project management experience is desirable.
- An interest and awareness of serious and organised crime and current criminal justice issues
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Ability to follow through on assigned tasks with limited supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
