Main purpose of job:

To support the Corporate Services Manager and Corporate Services Officer, and show initiative in day to day running of Corporate Services

Roles and responsibilities:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a team in a small corporate services department;

  • Responsible for recording Inventory levels at the residence and keeping an up to date file of inventory at all times.
  • Requisitioning and receipting of purchase orders. Responsible for tracking purchase orders and ensuring completeness of all processes related to purchase orders.
  • Preparation of supplier distribution sets, debit memos and supplier maintenance forms and submit then for checking and authorization. To constantly monitor invoices on hold or rejected payments and resolve with Manila.
  • Chasing supplier invoices and quarterly compilation of VAT. Responsible for filing of all weekly payment batches.
  • Responsible for reception cover whenever necessary.
  • Expected to occasionally shadow the CSM and CSO so as to act as cover in some areas whenever needed.
  • Flexible, resilient under pressure and decisive with a proven track record of delivering results to a high standard within tight deadlines.
  • Ability and drive to deliver quality customer service.

Language requirements:

Language: English

Level of language required: Good command of English language both written and spoken.
