MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Working within the Corporate Services Team, this role will provide overall administrative support to the Corporate Services Team in terms of Human Resources, Protocol, Finance and Procurement, and fleet services as needed.
HR & Administrative Work
• Assist the Post HR in setting up the new hire induction programme.
• Prepares materials and schedule for the new hire induction.
• Maintains the accuracy of the Embassy’s telephone directory.
• Maintains the Honesty Store to ensure the stock is complete.
• Provides assistance to the CSO – Health & Safety and Estates Officer in chasing for accommodation and hotel booking for the incoming officers.
• Provides assistance to the Head of Corporate Services with administrative work from time to time.
Transport
• Provides support with the CSA – Logistics and Events on Embassy fleet booking and driver schedules.
• Coordinates with requesting party to confirm their transport requests.
• Ensures schedule are being calendar accordingly to avoid conflict and double booking.
Remarks : Please note that this is a 5-month Corporate Services Team Internship position.

• Can support colleagues when under pressure and able to contribute to cross-team working
• A flexible and proactive approach
• Excellent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
- English & Filipino
Level of language required: Proficient – spoken and written
- Preferably with a degree or currently undergoing studies in Psychology, Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or Management
