The Bridging Voices Project Coordinator will oversee the management and upkeep of the Bridging Voices: Next Generation online and in-person network and provide administrative and logistical project support to the Bridging Voices Project Manager. Bridging Voices: Next Generation is a three-year program funded by the Henry R. Luce Foundation. The Project Coordinator will support a grant-making program which seeks to address the future of religion in the public square in the US and UK, while also supporting a network of experts, practitioners, policymakers and academics working in the religion and international affairs space. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up, plan and manage the online platform for the Bridging Voices: Next Generation Network

• Recruit and manage members of the Bridging Voices: Next Generation Network
• Manage the Network’s activities, including organizing webinars, workshops, conference calls, online debates, and more
• Support the project manager through administrative tasks such as setting up meetings, updating contact lists, collecting information and data, booking travel, and more
• Support the project manager in event management and delivery, such as booking venues, negotiating contracts, planning and organizing speakers, booking travel and more
• Support the project manager in the management of the grants program, aiding in the selection process, contract management, grant management and grantee communications
• Support the project manager in the dissemination, collection and analysis of project evaluation
• Support the project manager in internal and external communications for the project
• Support the project manager in interim and final reporting the Henry R. Luce Foundation

  • Previous project coordination experience
  • Previous basic finance experience
  • Previous events management experience
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Previous experience working with diverse stakeholders, including universities, NGOs, think tanks, research institutions and government entities
  • Bachelor’s degree in international relations, religious studies, political science or sociology
