Summary:

The Bridging Voices Project Manager will oversee the organizing, planning, management and reporting for the Bridging Voices project, a three-year program funded by the Henry R. Luce Foundation. The Project Manager will support a grant-making program which seeks to address the future of religion in the public square in the US and UK, while also supporting a network of experts, practitioners, policymakers and academics working in the religion and international affairs space.

Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Create and organize all project materials according to project management standards
    • Manage a grant program of three grants, which includes a call for proposals, a one-time grant selection process, contract management, grant management, and grantee communications
    • Manage the external and internal communications of project outputs and outcomes
    • Conduct monitoring and evaluation for the project
    • Manage relationships with project partners, including partner project delivery
    • Manage workshop events with grantees and a final conference at the end of the project
    • Manage the project budget, including cash flow, forecasting and reporting
    • Manage the duties of the Bridging Voices Project Coordinator in coordination with the Head of Society Programs
    • Manage and write the project reporting to the Henry R. Luce Foundation in coordination with the Head of Society Programs
    • Previous experience leading 1 major project
    • Previous finance and budgeting experience
    • Previous events management experience
    • Previous experience working with diverse stakeholders, including universities, NGOs, think tanks, research institutions and government entities

    • Knowledge of the religion and international affairs sector

    • Previous experience running a grant-making program

    • Previous experience working on external communications of project outputs and outcomes

    • Master’s Degree in international relations, religious studies, political science or sociology

    • Project management qualification or course completion
