View Vacancy - Projects Intern (AZE22.424)
The British Embassy in Azerbaijan is part of a world-wide network, representing British political, economic and consular interests overseas and is now looking for a Projects Intern to provide administrative, monitoring & evaluating and reporting support to other members of political team in managing their respective programme portfolios. An opportunity to get experience and insight in to the programme management requirements of an Embassy and to learn international best practice. The two main funds for the British Embassy Baku programming are: CSSF: the UK’s Conflict, Security and Stability Fund Eastern Partnership (EaP) Programme project portfolio in Azerbaijan delivers against a regional strategy and to British Embassy Baku objectives for Azerbaijan.

- A good network of contacts across government, civil society and NGOs;
- Budget management experience;
- A qualification in Project management;
- Experience of working in or with an international organisation or civil society.
This is a full-time temporary position, five working days, 40 hours net per week.
The salary is 843.04 USD gross per month and shall be paid in AZN monthly.
Staff recruited locally by the British Embassy in Azerbaijan is subject to Terms and Conditions of Service of the FCDO according to local labour legislation.
