Main Purpose of Job: Be part of the Department for International Trade’s (DIT) mission to drive more investment between North America and the UK. This is an exciting opportunity which supports and further develops the special relationship between the UK and the US, supporting work at the forefront of international diplomacy in order to make a real difference globally. Based at either at the British Consulate-General in Atlanta, Miami or Houston, you will have an opportunity to directly contribute to the way in which the UK Government supports US and Canadian investors looking to invest and expand in the United Kingdom. You will work closely with the Deputy Director and Director for Investment to establish the North America Investment Hub. This will involve conducting the recruitment of the Hub staff and designing work flows and processes to operationalise it. |
Roles and Responsibilities: The Hub will act as a central function for the whole of North America (United States and Canada). You will:
