The British Embassy in Chisinau is part of a world-wide network, representing British political, economic and consular interests overseas and is now looking to employ a Security Guard.

The successful candidate will be responsible for security functions, being a member of the Embassy security guards’ team.

 

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Access control duties;
  • Patrolling, including the British Embassador's Residence;
  • Liaison between reception, staff and visitors.
  • Basic command of English (both oral and written);
  • Fluency in Romanian / Russian (both oral and written);
  • Reliability and flexibility to work overtime;
  • Ability to work in a team responds flexibly to changing circumstances and deadlines;
  • Excellent health and physical condition;
  • Must be able to deal with visitors and members of the public politely and fairly.
  • Previous guarding experience.
