Waiter/Household Assistant

Serving events hosted by the Ambassador at the residence; serving breakfast, lunch and dinner for Ambassador and any houseguests at the residence.

Serving events hosted by the Ambassador, organised by Embassy sections and external clients at the Residence; serving breakfast, lunch and dinner for Ambassador and any houseguests at the residence; Reporting to the Head Waiter to ensure the highest service standard of the Residence is properly presented.

Keeping accurate record for wine consumption of each event and update the wine cellar stock monthly with Head Waiter.

Preparing guest rooms including flower arrangement, tea trays and keeping fridge in VIP guest room supplied with drinks etc.

Ensure sufficient supply of fresh flowers within the Residence.

Working together with ISS team for coordinating all Residence facility movement for events requests and keeping ISS noted for anything to be fixed.

Keeping tableware, glassware and cutlery clean, reporting  to the Head Waiter on any loss or damage.

Being aware of Residence security. Reporting immediately to Head Waiter any leaks, power supply problems, or any other problems that many cause danger.

Taking responsibility for any task requested by the Head Waiter, or Residence manager or the Ambassador.

  • The job holder should have sufficient service experience in hospitality industry or somewhere related and understand the industry very well
  • Good health condition since sometimes the work load is quite heavy
  • Team spirit and hard working
  • It would be perfect if the job holder has had experience working in the diplomat organisations.
