HR

Perform a wide range of Human Resources and administrative duties under direct supervision of the Human Resources Officer

Admission/Dismissal process:

Ensure the admission/dismissal process be followed and all documents be in accordance with the guidelines and deadlines, perform the Induction to new staff members, send benefit requests and inclusion on the payroll system. 

Benefits: ensure staff are properly registered and in accordance to HR policy.

Payroll: Support on payroll input, receive payroll inputs (timesheets, leave requests, etc); Buy the bus tickets

Health & Welfare: prepare the health week at post - including periodic medical exam as per Brazilian labour legislation PCMSO, assure the vaccination program, sick leave.

Internship programme: Assistance on recruitment process, admission, benefits, bus tickets and insurance. Timesheets control, evaluation reports to Universities, termination contract.

Assist the LE training

Assist the Language Officer in Brasilia on the Language training and Portuguese language exam at post

Performance management: provide support to staff on the subject and ensure HR Policy on performance management is followed.

Manage staff personal file and recording on our system

Internal support to LE staff on all HR related matters

Finance: responsible for the Post Cash Box, receiving/paying Consular Section, with daily  reconciliation, and end of month report to be sent to Finance Team

Provide other ad-hoc administrative support as and when required and be able to cover for other Corporate Service colleagues during absences and leave periods

Resources managed (staff and expenditure):

2 receptionists, 1 intern



 


University degree ( an asset if Business Administration or related area), professional HR qualification

Knowledge of CLT and HR software system, Benefits.

Previous experience as a HR Assistant/Analyst for a medium to large organisation

Language:  English and Portuguese

Level of language required: fluent
