Corporate Services Support

Main purpose of job:

To provide Front Office and Corporate Service and Consular support to the British Embassy in Monrovia.

Roles and responsibilities:

Welcome and greet visitors to the Embassy.

Answer phone, email and social media general and consular enquiries. 

Arrange the daily transport schedule and organise vehicle maintenance. Liaise with drivers on tasking.

Arrange and book meetings for HMA and Official visitors. Send out invitations for official functions and monitor responses.

Support the Corporate Service Manager in:

  • Arranging Office and Residential maintenance.
  • Liaising with Protocol Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.(Visas, Notes Verbale etc).
  • Routine Health and Safety Checks.
  • Paying bills

Occasional back-up driving support.

  • University Graduate level education.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Word and Excel. 
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Experience with social media
