Main purpose of job: 

To manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns, and deliver services successfully as per agreed targets.



Roles and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and partner with Hiring Managers to ensure a successful recruitment campaign
  • Provide guidance and support to Hire Managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Create job adverts
  • Screen applications
  • Book interviews
  • Draft job offers and letters of appointment
  • Conduct pre-employment reference, background, and security checks
  • Manage recruitment records and recruitment tools 
  • Perform other recruitment-related duties
  • Other ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives
  • Clear and positive communication with a wide range of customers
  • Strong customer focus skills, to build and maintain professional working relationships at all levels
  • 2-3 years working in a customer orientated environment
  • 2 years recruitment experience
  • 1 -2 years experience using recruitment software
  • HR Qualification or in any related field
