Main purpose of job:


 Support the DIT Marketing and Communications HUB in the delivery of marketing and communication (PR) activities as well as managing social media channels and creating digital assets.



Roles and responsibilities / what will the jobholder be expected to achieve?:



As part of the DIT Marketing & Communications team, you would be in charge of:


Marketing Activities

  • Managing the GREAT branding material
  • Championing the GREAT campaign for the Mexico team
  • Reporting GREAT campaign highlights
  • Weekly updates of information on Data Hub
  • Producing audiovisual material for DIT teams (photos and infographics in photoshop and/or online resources like Canva).
  • Supporting DIT and GREAT events (press conferences, receptions, other events) with:
  1. logistics,
  2. catering management,
  3. branding set up,
  4. welcome press,
  5. taking photos and video throughout the event.



PR Activities

  • Drafting press releases
  • Photo coverage of events
  • Media confirmations

Social media

  • Supporting the content production and management of the DIT twitter account

All employees in the Embassy network are expected, as part of their job to contribute towards the corporate activity organisation

  • Video and graphics edition skills
