The UK Delegation to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) represents UK interests at one of the world’s most influential multilateral organisations. The OECD is the largest grouping of like‑minded democracies, bringing together 38 countries that account for almost 50% of global GDP. It promotes economic governance grounded in democratic values, transparency and open markets, and plays a leading role in tackling global challenges through data, evidence and shared best practice. The Role
This role sits within the Development Team, working closely with the UK Delegate to the OECD Development Assistance Committee (DAC). You will play a central role in promoting UK international development and gender equality priorities, influencing policy discussions at the OECD and ensuring UK policymakers benefit from OECD evidence, analysis and expertise.The role requires strong collaboration across UKDel, UK-based departments, the OECD Secretariat and other OECD member delegations. You will support the UK DAC Delegate through high-quality policy advice, briefing and coordination, and will represent the UK at formal OECD meetings when required. You will also manage key corporate responsibilities, including budget oversight and acting as Programme Responsible Officer (PRO) for the UK’s financial contribution to the DAC.

This is a full-time, fixed term contract for 6 months. The position is based on a 35/h week. The monthly salary is 4,745.00 € (gross). In addition, staff receive meal contribution.

Working Pattern: The position is based on a 35- hour working week.
This is a full-time position. Our team works flexibly, including some time working remotely. However, in line with current policy, the job holder will be expected to be in the office at least 60% of the week – and more often when required e.g. during events or when filming is required.
