View Vacancy - HR/Training Assistant - A1
Main purpose of job:
Providing support on HR and L&D matters including recruitment, induction process, final dues and exit process, issuing HR letters and maintaining training venues, data bases & equipment.
Roles and responsibilities / what will the jobholder be expected to achieve?
- Provide support to regional hub on recruitment, final dues & exit process.
- Arrange for Long Service certificates when required.
- Issuance of HR letters.
- Responsible for managing HR share point.
- Responsible for maintaining employees files, recruitment files and HR cabinets.
- Maintain and update HR/training databases and ensuring required action is taken.
- Provide guidance to staff on online E-Learning courses.
- Assist the HR Manager on L&D activities, including, scheduling training sessions, liaising with training institutes, booking venues, notifying staff about the new training programs.
- Post training processes (evaluation forms etc) collection and compilation.
- Liaise with Regional training team on L&D matters and facilitate their visits.
- Responsibility of maintaining training venues, equipment and stationary. Provide support on all L&D activities and ensure effective communication related to L&D.
- Respond to external HR inquiries emails.
- Provide cover for HR Team in their absence.
- All other tasks as assigned by LM and DCS.
Essential on arrival:
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Should be flexible, and result oriented;
- Having strong customer service and Interpersonal skills;
- Having Strong IT Skills;
- Must be a good team player;
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Desirable: At least one year experience of working in an office environment.
SALARY PACKAGE
For British High Commission (BHC) candidates, the Local Staff BHC Terms & Conditions will apply.
For other than BHC candidates, salary will be PKR 60,040 per month.
