Main purpose of job:

To assist and support the Communications Officer with activities and events related to Press and Media.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Logistics and coordination support for Press.
  • Monitor meetings and events of Press.
  • Support monitoring the media publications after an event and update media reports.
  • Responsible for the stock of the collateral material as well as delivering brand service to the teams.
  • Assist the Press Officer by following up interviews, press conferences, articles, media reports and contact media/ journalists.
  • Send daily sector specialized news.

All employees in the Embassy network are expected, as part of their job to contribute towards the corporate activity organisation

Undergraduated from Marketing, Communication, Journalism or related subjects.

Experience in Marketing or Communications.
