View Vacancy - Architectural and CAD/ Data Manager
Main purpose of job
To update/maintain all drawings in their registers. Produce new drawings relevant to Architecture, Electrical, HVAC and Public Health.
To manage the Architecture & Project works with Estates and TWG.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To coordinate with Estates/TWG to maintain drawings and assets with respect to actual as built.
- To manage the Architecture & Project works related to Survey, design and refurbishment of existing buildings and facilities on the British High Commission compound, other residential accommodations and High Commissioner's Residence.
- To prepare schematic drawings of various services and planning.
- Digitalising hard copy drawing relevant to Architecture, Electrical, HVAC and Public Health into dwg format using Auto Cad and Making new drawings, which are not available in the Estate archive.
- To prepare asset register based on the as built drawings or as exist in the various buildings.
- To facilitate Refurbishment properties with Architectural / Interior designs.
Essential on arrival:
- A recognised qualification in Auto Cad or a certification from recognised training institute.
- A recognised technical qualification in any engineering field like Architecture, Electrical, HVAC, Public Health etc. and full understanding of all engineering field.
- Minimum experience of 1 to 3 years in making CAD drawing independently of all engineering field.
- To propose schematic design following requirement of Estates and FMCU in London.
For British High Commission (BHC) candidates, the Local Staff BHC Terms & Conditions will apply.
For other than BHC candidates, salary will be INR 40,462 per month plus 12% provident fund and 6% Special Allowance.
