Developing staff performance and capability (across team of 130+ people in 16 countries), to help take the UK government’s commercial work across Latin America & the Caribbean to the next level. This will be done by creating, establishing and delivering a diverse and structured programme of activity and engagement, demonstrating key contribution to clear impact and results.

Demonstrating key contribution to clear impact and results, including increased staff development, motivation and engagement.
All employees in the Embassy network are expected, as part of their job to contribute towards the corporate activity organisation.
**This position may be located any where DIT has an office across Latin America & the Caribbean (17 countries)**

To be based any where DIT has an office across Latin America & the Caribbean (inc. Mexico City, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Santiago, Buenos Aires, Bogota and Lima), also working hand-in-hand with LATAC Operations Manager in Rio de Janeiro. This position will also involve some regional travel.
