Duration of the contract - 2 Months.

Main purpose of job:

To help the Chevening team in the recruitment process

  1. Schedule Chevening interviews
  2. To chair Chevening interviews
  3. Coordinate with Chevening secretariat ensuring smooth implementation of recruitment process
  4. Compile interview result sheet

Roles and responsibilities 

  1. As a lead panellist conduct Chevening interviews with two other panel members i.e.  Chevening officer and a third independent member/panellist.
  2. To help Chevening support officer compile interview packs for three panel members.
  3. To keep record of interview notes, and consolidate candidates’ scores and evaluation forms.
  4. To compile interview results at the end of recruitment process by coordinating with the Chevening team.

Other skills / experience / qualifications: 

  1. Demonstrate excellent communication skills including ability to collaborate with host-country officials in program implementation and interact with officials at Chevening secretariat London, and other stakeholders at senior levels-be proactive and work independently with minimum supervision
  2. Demonstrate computer literacy, particularly use of word processing and exce
  3. Complete assignments with a short turn-around time.

The jobholder will need to have/obtain Security Clearance to at least LE Confidential level. As such the eligibility of for the role is restricted to UK/EEA/AUS/USA/NZL and CAN nationals.

Salary Details:

For BHC candidates, the Local BHC Terms & Conditions will apply.

For other than BHC candidates, Basic Salary will be ­­­­­­PKR 188,500 per month + PKR 80,000 (security allowance) = PKR 268,500/- unabated per month. After tax abatement of PKR 18,154/- salary will be PKR 250,346/- per month.
