Main purpose of job:

General Assistance on Planned and Reactive maintenance   

Roles and responsibilities / what will the jobholder be expected to achieve?:

  • Assisting with the team of Welders in carrying out Planned Preventive Maintenance and Day to Day maintenance in all office and residential buildings as required. Fabricating, installing, maintaining and repairing sheet metal work such as ducting, flashing, roofing, troughs, gutters, air hoods, metal shelving and other like requirements as needed. Working to agreed schedules and timescales and compliant with FCO regulations, and Health & Safety standards.
  • Carry out any other maintenance or administrative tasks required in support of the maintenance or projects teams.

Essential on arrival:  At least 3 years experience in sheet metal works.

Desirable:  Secondary level education is desirable but not essential

Salary Details:

For BHC candidates, the Local BHC Terms & Conditions will apply.

For other than BHC candidates, Basic Salary will be ­­­­­­PKR 54,809 per month.
