Main purpose of job:     

Drive office vehicle (car) and Mini Van.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • To Drive officials vehicles in accordance with the duties drawn by the HMRC Manager
  • Daily maintenance & cleanliness of vehicle
  • Maintain journey sheets with mileage and fuel purchases
  • Conduct a security check on vehicle for quick plant devices

WHAT WE DO:

BHC transport section provides transport services to cross mission department.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU:

The Job holder is expected to perform his duties in a timely, safe and efficient manner. The Job holder will operate in diverse environment with set rules and under the direction of an HMRC manager.

Language requirements:  

Language: English 

Level of language required:

Spoken – Good

Written - Basic 

Working patterns: Full-time Employment

Flexibility to work long hours and on weekends / holidays if required.

Essential on arrival:  

  • Formal qualification is not a requirement, however, good English speaking and understanding skill is expected.
  • A valid Indian commercial (LMV & HMV) driving licence. 

Desirable:  Any working experience in multinational / multi-cultural companies, diplomatic missions.

SALARY PACKAGE:

For British High Commission (BHC) candidates, the Local Staff BHC Terms & Conditions will apply.

For other than BHC candidates, salary will be INR 19,894 per month together with a 12% provident fund and 6% Superannuation Fund.
