Main purpose of job:
To support the Defence Adviser, by organising and facilitating the deployment of personnel involved in Defence Engagement activities; ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Defence Section Office and all military Visit Programmes.

Defence Enragement: Engaging with the Bangladesh military, maintaining and developing good diplomatic relationships. Assisting in the training, education and procurement of the Bangladesh military.

Working across a range of Government Departments the High Commission / 1 HMG. No specialist training required.

The salary will be all inclusive of the salary range.
Salary range for EO Grade is BDT 146,102 - 184,826 together with BDT 25000 as Security Allowance. The successful candidate will be offered a starting salary within one of these ranges commensurate with their qualifications and experience.
