Main purpose of job: The British Embassy in Luanda is part of a world-wide network representing British political, economic and consular interests overseas and is now looking for a Deputy Estate Manager. This is a fascinating job in which you will ensure delivery of estate contracts in a challenging and rapidly changing environment. It will be suited to someone with good administrative and computer skills, including Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Excel, and Word). The ideal candidate will be resilient, have an energetic approach and be able to spot and solve problems quickly. You will maintain regular contact with suppliers that provide goods and services to the Embassy and residences, including ensuring invoices are processed promptly and issues are proactively solved. You will support our Estates Manager to deliver our strategic Estates plan. | |
