Housekeeper

Main purpose of job:

General Cleaning, dusting, bed making, provide service for in house guests, serving food & drinks, assist the Chef for events.

Roles and responsibilities / what will the jobholder be expected to achieve?

  • Dust Bed rooms, Living Rooms, Dining Room & balconies. Clean all furnitures of the residence.
  • Clean windows and other glass/ mirrors of the residence.
  • Welcome house guests, carry luggages.  Ensure that they are settled in and their needs are met.
  • Make beds, open/ close curtains and adjust air conditioners as needed.
  • Spray mosquito repellent in rooms/ burn mosquito coils on the verandas as needed.
  • Help the Executive Chef in the kitchen and serve HMA’s family at meal time. Give catering service at the functions.
  • Answer phone calls and take messages accurately.
  • Other tasks as delegated by HMA & family.
  • Language requirement: Myanmar and English (Basic)
  • Relevant experience in general cleaning and housekeeping
