Estates

Main purpose of job:

To Supervise Building and Civil Engineering works for the Estate Department.

Roles and responsibilities :

  1. To attend day to day work requests of the On and Off compound properties and emergencies with in service level agreements of Estates Section in accordance with FCO's and local Health and Safety regulations.
  2. To manage daily the movement of vehicles for transporting men and material and other logistics to the On and Off compound properties or High Commission Residence and keeping track of their movement throughout the day.
  3. To monitor the attendance of regular staff, Contractor staff, as per their deployment at works and leave records.
  4. To supervise contractor and his work force engaged in various project works related to B&CE.
  5. To prepare BOQ for the B&C works for day-to-day activities and projects.
  6. To prepare Planning and Scheduling the B&CE works on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  7. To coordinate with M&E and Furnishing team for all the related B&CE works.
  8. Preparation of scope of work for B&C works.
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Good knowledge of latest construction equipment’s and machinery related to B&C.
  • Good Knowledge of computer skills.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Good Knowledge of Software’s;
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
