Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Policy & Political roles)

Duties include but not limited to:
- Adminstrative support to High Commissioner and Deputy High Commissioner
- Diary management
- Handling telephone, email and written enquiries
- Making travel arrangements
- Drafting letters and other correspondence
- Working with Residence, Political, Press and Corporate Services teams

- Relevant experience in a similar senior-level PA environment

- Strong customer-handling and organisational skills

- Team player

- Be able to exercise initiative

- Have a proactive approach

- Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines

- Flexible – may be asked to work outside of normal office hours

- Fluent English
