Main purpose of job:

To carry out effective day to day maintenance work, routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, new installation and construction works.

Roles and responsibilities 

Regular works

  • Regular Inspection of One HMG Properties for any defects and reporting to TWS about the same.
  • Assist team to do MSRF tasks on regular basis to continue the Mission’s operations.
  • Follow FCO health & safety standard in regular works.
  • Assist to complete the PPM works and meet the deadline as per our planner.
  • Take the responsibility and custody of maintenance stores and procurement as per need.
  • Ad hoc tasks delegated by TWS and provide updates on the same.

New Works

  • To carry out the new and repairing of masonry works.
  • To support in carrying out the installation and servicing of Water Tanks/ Solar water Heater, manholes.
  • To operate routine & breakdown maintenance of swimming pool, RO Plant and water filtration plant.
  • To carry out and installation of routine cleaning/unblocking of drainage, water supply pipes.
  • Assisting all the trade persons to carry out their new tasks i.e. Electrician, A/C Technician, Painter, Plumber and Carpenter.
  • To verify quality and quantity of  finishing and civil works done by contractors.

 

Schedule/Preventive maintenance works

  • To carry out the Breakdown maintenance and servicing of Plumbing M/C & Fixtures, RO plant, Swimming pool, Filtration plant and other works.
  • To carry out the routine preventative maintenance of the water pipeline system.
  • To carry out the routine preventative maintenance of ground & high level water tank and cisterns.
  • To carry out the routine preventative maintenance of  anti-scaling, legionella testing at residential and official accommodations.
  • Preparing the report of the work and help other colleagues for the same.

 Miscellaneous Works

  • Operate generator, the filtration plant & swimming pool system for conducting weekend duty.
  • Keep & clean tools and machines in proper position after using it.
  • Develop your skills in all trades to meet Mission’s multi-tasking policies.
  • Take the responsibility and custody of maintenance stores and procurement as per need.
  • TSLC in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in relevant field.
  • 2 and 4 wheel vehicle driving license.
  • Computer literate – Word, Outlook (email) and Excel.

Basic knowledge of telephony, IT ,electrical and fire alarm system.
