Estates (70%) - Act as Secretary to the Post Housing Committee (PHC), working closely with the FM provider to proactively plan for arrivals and departures from Post, make recommendations on residential accommodation, and engage with UK-based staff on allocations.
- Support maintenance of the main office second floor in coordination with the Technical Works Supervisor and other stakeholders, including: proactively arranging cleaning services and pest control, carrying out procurement, and tracking maintenance budget spend.
- Collaborate with the FM provider and Overseas Estates Department on estates issues, representing Post at weekly estates meetings and ensuring a joined-up approach.
- Sit as a member of the Sustainability Committee and support implementation of recommendations.
- Act as Post’s point of contact for the FM team on estates projects.
Health & Safety (H&S) 20% - Be the appointed H&S coordinator, supporting the H&S Manager, including through administrative support such as logging incidents and maintaining records of H&S-related activities.
- Act as Secretary to the Health & Safety Committee, circulating agendas, preparing minutes and tracking actions.
- Support estates compliance and inspection visits, ensuring health & safety recommendations are followed and records are maintained.
Other (10%) - Provide flexible support across Corporate Services Team as required.
