Main purpose of job:


As the Technical Works Group (TWG) - Plumber you should be capable to carry out plumbing works, installation,new and repairs, tests and inspections on existing water systems including completion of testing and inspection sheets.

You should be able to carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and day to day maintenance (DDM) in all one hmg estates ( offices and residential buildings) as required.  You should:

  • be able to work towards agreed schedules and time scales and complaint with FCO regulations.
  • be able to communicate to the estate officer and/or Estates Manager of any problems encountered on site.
  • be familiar with the required health and safety standards governing the plumbing role.

 

  • At least 3 years experience with technical experience.
  • Able to prioritise a heavy work load and works well under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • An open and approachable manner.
  • Should be Proactive

  • Fluent in English and French
  • A very good knowledge of Freetown and the country.
  • Quality and consistent service with technical expertise
