Estates

To provide a fast, efficient and excellent service to internal and external customers for all Corporate services related matters such as Estates, Procurement, Fire & Safety, and Health Insurance companies. To provide general support to the CS Team.

  • Responsible for estates general issues such us preventive maintenance and repairs, contracts follow up, fire & safety requirements, inventories
  • Perform procurement activities for Corporate Services and occasionally for other units
  • Follow up arrival and departures issues of UK based personnel
  • Manage Health Insurance companies relationship
  • Responsible for visitors temporary accommodation
  • General admin duties (e.g. filing, data entry, telephone enquiries)







Language: English/Spanish

Level of language required: Fluent English and Spanish

Essential on arrival:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, International relations or a related field
  • Proficient in relevant IT applications (MS Office)
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Strong customer service skills, providing a speedy and quality service to customers across all situations and at all levels inside and outside the organisation.
  • Organised working manner, meeting deadlines and making good use of office IT systems and software relevant to the job
  • Team-oriented, working effectively, flexibly and supportively with colleagues.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues and team members.
  • An able networker willing to work hard at building and managing external relationships, and dealing confidently with suppliers
